DiKom welcomes everyone to attend our stand at «RosGazExpo 2018» — 22-nd international specialized exhibition of gas industry, which is to be held in Saint Petersburg on 2-5 October. The exhibition will take place within the framework of the 8th St. Petersburg Gas Forum. The participants of the Forum are representatives of industry companies’ top management, governmental authorities and the academic community. More than 400 companies take part in the exhibition annually.

A few workstations, equipped with the industrial furniture manufactured by DiKom of VS, VL and SR series are to be introduced at the exhibition. We have analyzed customer reviews and our own experience in using DiKom products, and conducted a few additional product tests. In accordance with the results of the research, it was decided to increase the warranty period for DiKom products:

• for VS series — up to 5 years,
• for VL series — up to 3 years,
• for all other products of DiKom, including racks — 24 months.

Useful lifetime for DiKom products exceeds 10 years.

We are fully confident in the quality of our products and are ready to assume responsibility for it to the customer.

The warranty is subject to the conditions of use. Corresponding changes are gradually introduced into technical documentation, passports, website, and information materials.

Assembly tables DiKom SR-M enjoy well-deserved popularity: they are low-cost, easily height adjustable, are available in antistatic and general-purpose industrial versions with four types of tabletops, and have a full-fledged and reliable panel design with a large assortment of accessories.

Now DiKom SR-M tables have become even more functional:

• Models with the depth of 900 mm replenished models with the depth of 700 mm. They are available with chipboard ESD, ESD Plastic tabletops. Tables of 900 in-depth have additional «/90» in their name: SP-М-150/90-03.
• Tables with a width of 1500 and 2000 mm can now be complemented with a side-table having a chipboard, ESD, ESD Plastic tabletop. The side-table is mounted at an angle of 90 degrees to the main table and significantly increases the working surface of the table.

We also replaced the hanging tool cabinet DiKom VL-003 ESD with a new tool cabinet DiKom CP-M-003 that has an easier construction. It resulted in cost reduction of tables models SR-M-03/04.

Long-awaited wide tool cabinets of size 03 enhanced the popular range of DiKom VL series instrumental tool cabinets. DiKom tool cabinets of VL-035 and VL-037 series are 1024 mm wide.

The remaining technical characteristics are similar to the tool cabinets of DiKom VL:

• recommended drawer load — 40 kg
• maximum load on the drawers — 80 kg
• depth — 600 mm
• welded cases and drawers
• full extension drawers
• German EURO-LOCKS (2000 combinations) lock

Tool cabinets can be mounted on castors, supplemented with a tray, a tray with a panel and a tabletop.

We launched sales of metal partitions for the formation of cells in the drawers of tool cabinets and cabinets made by DiKom. Partitions, together with plastic trays and rubber mats, form an integrated storage system that complies with the modern principles of 5S workspace organization.

Partitions are equipped with a plastic pocket for the label. Sold in sets of 10 pcs.

The dimensions of the partitions correspond to the standard sizes of DiKom tool cabinets and cabinet drawers. In accordance with the international standards, the unit of calculation — E = 17 mm — has been adopted.

In depth partitions are made with

• length — d27E (459 mm, standard size 01/02), d36E (612 mm, standard size 07),
• height h75, h100, h150, h200, h250, h300.

Widthwise partitions are made with

The largest trade exhibition in the field of machine tool and equipment industry «Metalworking 2018» is a great opportunity to «see and to be seen», expand business contacts, find new opportunities for cooperation and development. Moreover, it is a good reason to meet DiKom people of the two capitals.

In 2018, our company switched to ERP management system. This is a complex and quite sophisticated system of accounting, control and planning of the enterprise operation, including production, warehousing, and sales system.

Last year, the preparatory stage was completed, now the system is being checked «in operation». Unfortunately, in this transitional period there may be delays in placing orders, although we make every effort to avoid this.

We are sure that after the complete implementation of the system, you will appreciate the improved quality of customer service.
