One-size VS cabinets can be installed on top of each other using a special connection kit. This way you can get a roomy and functional welded tool cabinet.
Maximum load per drawer — 100 kg. After installing an additional set of guides — 200 kg. Maximum load per shelf — 200 kg. Maximum load on cabinets without castors — 4000 kg.
The cabinets are fully welded. They include up to 130 points of welding and up to 250 mm of welding seam. Modern welding technologies provide quality and accuracy. This makes the product very rigid. It won’t tilt over when installed on uneven flooring, due to intensive exploitation, strong side impacts, etc.
All products are fitted with German EURO-LOCKS locking systems with a privacy of 2000 combinations. VS series locks have a signal (yellow) plastic cover.
— Locks and locking mechanisms are positioned in the centre of all cabinets and drawers.
— Products are equipped with an anti-tilt system (only one drawer can be opened at a time).
— All drawers close on a shared lock.
Full extension drawers are supplied with ball guides. Intensive operating load — 100 kg (provide no fewer than 50 000 openings over 10 years of operation). Drawers 150 mm and higher can be supplemented with a second rail kit. In this case, the maximum operating load increases to 200 kg.
We coat our industrial furniture with TEKNOS (Finland) epoxy powder paint. Epoxy powder paint is more resistant to mechanical stress and aggressive fluids (electrolyte, brake fluid, solvent, etc.).
Products are painted automatically on our modern Ideal Line painting line equipped with the Wagner painting chamber (allows to quickly change paint colour).

Handles are made of aluminum. Each handle is equipped with a special transparent plastic insert. VS cabinet hinged doors can also be supplied with a special insert.
Handles can be equipped with a lock to prevent the drawers from opening spontaneously (for example, when you are moving the cabinets).
Doors are supplied with plastic handles that are resistant to aggressive liquids. The handles are easy-to-clean. You can flip the doors face up or down. Open doors are retained by magnets.
Doors are hung on internal hinges with a metal axle. Plastic bushings and inserts prevent metal friction.
Additional elements adapt the product to suit your needs. The cabinet can be supplemented with a 24 mm plywood tabletop, tray, or perforated panel. The cabinet can be put on castors or loader supports. To move the trolley, you can install a side or front handle.
The cabinet tray is made of 0.8 mm thick metal, which provides a long service life. An oil and petrol resistant rubber mat is placed inside.
