VL Workbenches
Welded cabinets and drawers, high-quality components and a rigid structure ensure the reliability and durability of our products. Metal VL workbenches hold up to 1500 kg and are suitable for industries, garages and workshops.
Designed for mechanical and assembly work in workshops, garages, schools, and industries. Assembled from the following modules: the tabletop is attached to leg supports or tool cabinets. Different types of perforated panels, lighting, and accessories can be installed on top.
The lower part of the workbenches is assembled from welded modules. The metal body is 0.8/1.2 mm thick and fully welded. The cabinet drawers are welded. Modern welding technologies provide quality and accuracy.
We offer three types of tabletops: 24 mm plywood, 24 mm plywood covered with galvanized metal, 24 mm plywood + 3 mm metal sheet on top. Table tops are manufactured in our woodworking workshop. All table tops are made of waterproof high-quality plywood (without knots), all facets are processed (i. e. all the rough edges are polished). Tabletops are covered with wax-based lacquer in two layers. The surface is polished before being covered with the second layer of lacquer.
Cabinets, pillars, tabletops and perforated panels are attached to the girder-plate and supports. The frames of our workbenches are assembled using powerful bolts with self-locking nuts. This provides a very sturdy foundation for the frame even prior to installing the tabletop.
The tabletop is fastened to the workbench frame with reliable bolts. The tabletop contains special couplings designed for precise installation. Bushings of up to 32 pieces are installed by us — that means you just have to tighten the bolts as needed.
Energy-saving LED lighting provides 1200 Lx illumination needed for your work. Includes brightness and angle-adjustment. It also includes an on/off button.
The lamp control unit is located in a separate box — it doesn’t heat up or radiate a magnetic field.
Metal elements are coated with TEKNOS (Finland) epoxy powder paint which is more resistant to mechanical stress and aggressive fluids (electrolyte, brake fluid, solvent, etc.).
Products are painted automatically on our modern Ideal Line painting line equipped with the Wagner painting chamber.
Drawer extension guides:
— standard operating load — 80 kg (25 000 openings over 10 years of operation);
— operating load during intensive use — 40 kg (50 000 openings over 10 years of operation).
Accessories are easily attached to perforated panels using latches. You may attach shelves, plastic containers for cans and A4 documents, screwdriver and wrench holders, hooks, and/or a paper towel holder. Accessories are additionally fixed with screws.
A wide range of storage containers will help you efficiently organize space. Use hardware and tool storage containers or anti-slip mats to keep drawers organized.
Cabinets use the EURO-LOCKS (Germany) locking system with a privacy of 2000 combinations.
Perforated panels attach to the VL workbench tabletops with screws. — E2, E3 and E4 perforated panels also attach to the vertical rack on the back panel.
Maximum load on VL perforated panels is 50 kg.
